Additional Notes: Rip City is dark and dramatic in the best way. The blooms are a rich burgundy that can read almost black-red in cooler weather, with a loose decorative form that gives arrangements a little movement and texture. It gives major gothic vibes. There are a lot of great dark dahlias out there, but Rip City really stands out with its larger shape and loose, twisty petals.
Despite its size, it has surprisingly tall, slender stems and makes a great cut flower.
Tubers are grown, harvested, divided, and stored on our Massachusetts cut flower farm. Each tuber will have at least one visible eye and will be inspected before shipping.
