Spring Rebirth 6 Week CSA: May to June

This CSA share celebrates life returning to the earth – especially New England! Even though it is chilly outside, the days are extending and the flora – vibrant green grasses, peachy blossoms, and more – are awakening from their winter slumber.

My favorite time of the year, if I had to choose a CSA to subscribe to I think it would be this.

FEATURED FLORA: Italian Poppies, Daffodils, Flowering Crabapples, Sweet Peas, Peonies, Anemones, Ranunculus, and fancy tulips, the real deal – nothing like you’ll experience at a grocery store. Big, show stopping, BEAUTY! Rival Peonies for their intricacies and ruffles. We will see dramatic shapes, fragrant blooms, and what feels like a rush of returning life with these blooms.

Time & Pick Up: the CSA will start early May, depending on what the season brings time wise, and run for 6 weeks until early June. We will offer pickup in three locations on Wednesday for Salem/ and Somerville, and Thursday for Beverly each week!

Salem Wednesday: at the one and only Cheese Shop of Salem
Beverly Thursday: at the wonderful Soy Much Brighter.
Somerville Wednesday: new this year, at Wild Child!!!

We believe that beautiful and ethical flowers should be accessible to all and hope to make this belief slightly closer to reality by implementing a sliding scale CSA option. We know it isn’t perfect but we promise to continue to explore more ways to improve this model and live up to our values! Regardless of tier you receive the same amount of beautiful flowers!
